Q: Can I order by telephone? A: 323 212-1813 for phone orders. At this time we take credit cards via phone or email.
Q: Is your site secure? A: Yes, our site is secure. Your information is kept private and we do not share your information with anyone.
Q: What types of payment do you accept? A: We accept Master Card, VISA, Discover, American Express and ATM / Debit Cards. In addition, you may pay with a money order if you mail in your order (please contact first to check stock if doing so). Sorry, we do not accept personal checks, COD or cash. In order to submit and order with money order, you must include full info including items, colors, sizes, shipping addresses, billing addresses, phone numbers, and any specific information you would like to include. We must also be notified via email of your payment once it has been sent.
Q: I want to place a chargeback. What can I do?
A: Please make sure you contact us at 323 212-1813 before placing a chargeback. It is a requirement to give us a call in the event you want to file a chargeback, so please call us first to work out any issues or questions you may have. In the event you place a chargeback, our bank charges us a $30 fee that you will be responsible for. In addition, it is illegal and considered theft to place a chargeback for items you have received. We have tracking numbers for every order and will prosecute any person responsible for theft.
Q: I haven't recieved my bullet belt order and it's been a week, and the page says it's in stock. What do I do?
A: All belts are labeled as in stock in order for our system to allow you to order them, but all bullet belt orders are considered custom made to order and take 2-8 weeks to ship out!!! In many cases the belt will be in stock to your order specifications, but PLEASE ALLOW 2-8 WEEKS TO RECEIVE!!! It tells you on our main page and bullet belt product page what our terms of sale for belts are. Please do not order if you do not agree. We do our best to keep these in stock, but they are very popular items and we make very little profit on these, and do our best to not raise our prices in spite of rising supply costs.
Q: I live in another country, do you export bullet belts?
A: Yes, we are one of the only companies that export belts. Please make sure to check your local laws for importing these items. Inquire with your local customs or post office. Specify that these are inert movie prop bullet belts/fashion item. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING OUT YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR THESE ITEMS! Once it is shipped we are no longer responsible for the package. Please track your package once you receive your tracking/customs form number. Q: Can I change my order after I have totaled my sale? A: Yes, you can hit the "Shopping Cart" link and add or delete items before you finalize your sale. Just make sure you only click the "Submit" button once! This will avoid any duplicate charges. Q: When will my card be charged? A: Your account is almost always charged when it is being shipped out. When an order is placed, an authorization hold in the total of your order is place on your card. This is not a charge, the system does this to check that the funds are available. Custom made items such as bullet belts or steel boned corsets not in stock are charged right away, but take 2-9 weeks to complete and ship out. ONCE AGAIN, BULLET BELTS AND STEEL BONED CORSETS NOT IN STOCK TAKE 2-9 WEEKS TO COMPLETE! PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR PAYMENT MUST BE TRANSFERRED TO OUR BANK ACCOUNT WHICH CAN TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE PROCESSING.
Q: Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase? A: Yes, sales tax is calculated according to the state and county tax laws in which the order is being shipped. Q: When will I receive my order? A: Orders are processed on business days only. Before your order ships, please allow 2-10 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind. Orders using Next Day Air take 2-3 business days to process and, once shipped, will arrive on the next business day. Next Day Air is only available on select products, so please email before to make sure it applies to the item you wish to purchase. Q: How do I know if my order went through? A: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU FINISH THE CHECKOUT PROCESS COMPLETELY! We get plenty of payments with no order attached. Make sure to only click the "Submit" button once to avoid duplicate orders or charges. After you have submitted your, please click to return to our site to confirm the order. Otherwise your cart will empty out and there will be no order record on our records, even if your payment goes through. We are not responsible for payments with no orders, so please check to make sure your order is on the site records after you place it. It is the best way to make sure it has been placed properly. Q: Can I change my order after I've clicked "Submit?" A: If you would like to change your order, please email right away to try to change it. But if your order has already begun processing AND/OR shipping it can't be done, so please be sure when ordering.
Q: Can I backorder an item that is currently unavailable? A: If an item you order is on backorder, please allow 2 weeks to 3 months for the item to come in. In the event of a backorder, you will be given the choice of choosing another item, waiting for the item to come in, or store credit. If you want to know if an item is in stock, email us. Include the item name, description and SKU number, if you have it. We'll find out if and when it's coming back in! WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS IN THE EVENT OF A BACKORDER. Q: Why haven't I received an E-mail regarding my order? A: We are a fast paced business. Unless there is a problem, we usually don't bother our customers. An order confirmation and receipt is sent to EVERY customer once an order is placed. If you did not receive it, please log into your account and check that your email was entered correctly, as in many cases this is the source of the problem. Also, add us to your address book as often email spam filters can label any mail from us as spam. If you have contacted us and received no response, please be patient. Remember we are closed on weekends and holidays. We do our best to answer all our mail. We do our best to serve you. Kindness gets you everywhere! Also, try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from getting to you. Please add us to your address book to make sure we can reach you. On many instances this prevents us from reaching our customers. Q: Why doesn't my tracking number work for an order I placed? A: Your tracking number will not be recognized until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped. This is the time needed for their online tracking system to update. Also make sure you are tracking on the correct site, as our main shippers are UPS and USPS. Try tracking your package again the following day and follow it to your front door!
