Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please be sure of what you want when ordering. We do not offer refunds and do not take returns. We offer exchanges on selected items only. Please review below:
1) You MUST contact us via email within 3 business days of receiving your item. We will then determine whether an exchange is possible. You are responsible for all shipping fees incurred to return your item to us, and the shipping cost of the new item plus a restocking charge of $5 to $15, depending on the item.
2) Your item MUST be returned to us in the EXACT condition in which you received it (in it's original packaging with no signs of use, missuse or wear). If we receive an item that is not in it's original condiditon or is showing signs of wear we will not be able to exchange for you. We will contact you, and you will be given the option of having us send your item back to you, however, you will be responsible for additional shipping incurred.
3) Please be sure of your size when ordering. If you purchase a pair of shoes or boots and they do not fit you properly or are not the right size, we will exchange them for you if we have approved the exchange and you have followed the standard procedure and contacted us within 3 days to let us know that you would like to send them back. Shoes and boots as with everything else must be returned to us new condition. You may try them on to test the fit but if they have obvious signs of wear and are not considered resellable, we will not take them back. You will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred. This means the cost of shipping the shoes or boots back to us AND the cost of us shipping the new pair in the new size back out to you. In addition, there will also be a restocking fee of $5 to $15, depending on the item.
**PLEASE NOTE** We are not responsible if the item is out of stock or if the manufacturer does not have the particular shoe or boot in stock at the time of your exchange. There may be a waiting period if they are back ordered at the manufacturer. Items can be backordered for 2 weeks to 4 months, we can not predict how long the waiting time may be. Be assured that we will get the new pair to you A.S.A.P as soon as they are available to us.
