How long does shipping take?

Apparel and sundries ship from our dropship partners on demand. Expect 7 to 14 days from order to your door inside the United States. International orders take longer depending on customs; track the link in your confirmation.

Do you take returns?

Yes, on unworn pieces with the original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Print-on-demand apparel cannot be returned for a refund unless the piece arrived defective or wrong — email returns@vampsandtramps.com with the order number and a photograph and we will make it right.

Are sizes true to the chart?

Refer to the size guide. Tees and hoodies run a touch large in the chest; corsetry runs to the chart. When in doubt, size to your bust measurement.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility; we do not collect them at checkout. The shipping line on your receipt covers the carrier alone.

Can I cancel an order?

If the order has not yet shipped, yes — email hello@vampsandtramps.com with the order number and we will pull it from the queue. Once it has shipped the cancellation becomes a return.

What is the Oath?

A signature on the register. A small ceremony. Not a contract. See the Oath in full.

What does the wax seal on my package mean?

The red wax mark on the outer envelope is the sigil of the Order. It is decorative. It is also how we know the package was packed by us and not opened in transit. If the seal is broken when the package arrives, photograph it and email hello@vampsandtramps.com so we can replace the contents.
