Final Rites

If a piece does not honor its description, write to the Order within fourteen days of delivery. Photograph the issue clearly. We will arrange a replacement or a refund through the matching fulfillment partner.

What we accept

• Defects: misprints, torn seams, missing parts, the wrong piece sent.
• Damage in transit: photograph the parcel and the piece together.
• Size errors on our side. If we sent you a medium when you ordered a large, that is our error.

What we do not accept

• Print on demand pieces in the correct size and condition. Returning a printed tee is not possible because the piece was made for you.
• Pieces marked Final Sale on the product page.
• Worn, washed, or altered pieces.
• Size errors on your side outside the fourteen day window. Inside the window, we will trade if the same piece is still available.

How to request a Final Rite

Email order@vampsandtramps.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a sentence telling us what you would like (replacement or refund). We will reply within two business days.
