The Sending

Every order is sent on demand. We do not hold inventory. When the order is placed, it is forwarded to the matching fulfillment partner. The partner picks, prints if needed, packs, and ships.

Timing

• Printful items (apparel marked print on demand): 3 to 7 business days to print, 3 to 7 business days to ship within the US. Total 6 to 14 business days from order to door.
• Trendsi items (apparel, accessories, talismans): 2 to 5 business days from Los Angeles. Total 3 to 8 business days from order to door.
• Mixed orders ship in two parcels. The faster parcel will arrive first.

Where we ship

United States only, for now. International is a future chapter once the domestic run stabilizes.

Tracking

Both partners write back tracking numbers when the label is generated. You will receive an email when each parcel ships. No tracking number means the parcel has not yet been picked up by the carrier.
