The Covenant

This is the short version. The long version is the same content with more lawyer in it; ask and we will send it.

What we collect

• Order information: name, shipping address, email, phone if you give it, the contents of your order.
• Payment information: collected and stored by Stripe. We never see your card number. We see a confirmation that a charge succeeded and the last four digits for receipts.
• Browsing data: which pages you viewed, how long you stayed, whether your visit converted. With your permission via the cookie banner, we also see referral source.

What we do with it

• Ship your order. We forward the shipping address to the matching fulfillment partner.
• Email you about your order status. We will not email you marketing without your separate opt in.
• Improve the store. Aggregate analytics only, never your individual purchase history shared with third parties.

What we will never do

• Sell your data to advertisers.
• Share your contact information with anyone who is not a fulfillment partner needed to ship your order.
• Track you across other sites.

To be forgotten

Email privacy@vampsandtramps.com and we will purge your account and order history within thirty days, except where applicable tax law requires us to retain transactional records. We will tell you exactly what we retained and for how long.
